
Booking Deposit
-A non-refundable booking deposit (amount will be quoted in your estimate) is required to lock in your move date and crew.
-Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has cleared.
Payment Schedule
-Non-refundable booking deposit due at booking.
-14 days 50% of fees due before move date.
_24 hours before scheduled move remaining balance paid in full.
**We accept major credit card payments. Unpaid balances will delay or cancel all moving service with forfeit of all prior payments.**
Cancellations & Refunds
-Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
-Emergency exception- One complimentary date change (same day of moving job) is allowed for verified emergencies such as : Death in immediate family, inclement weather that makes travel unsafe, or serious automobile accident involving the client. Proof may be requested.
_Any necessary rescheduling must occur 3 days prior to move date or there is a $100 rescheduling fee.
**New move date must be within 60 days of the original booking and is subject to availability**
Client Readiness & Waiting Time
-Our crew arrives ready to load at the reserved start time.
-If your belongings are not packed, disassembled, or otherwise ready to move, a waiting fee of $150 per crew hour (1 hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments) will be added to your bill.
-After 3 hours of waiting, we reserve the right to cancel the job; all payments remain non-refundable.
Inclement Weather Policy
-Safety is our first priority.
-In severe weather we may delay, pause, or reschedule service at no additional cost. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.
Acceptance of Terms
-Submitting your deposit and/or your signature on the work order/invoice indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
